hey guys, this website is awesome. i'm new at torrents, and have a few questions. i'm downloading some of the videos of the smiths in concert (utorrent), and when i started each torrent had the little blue icon to the left. and now most of them are red. what does that mean? also, do i just copy the files over to a dvd when i'm done or smoething?

Red indicates that you're not getting good connection with the tracker, but once that happens! You should not worry if only a few times, but if it is red all the time, might not have an exception from utorrent in windows firewal!

or may be need to open ports on your router connection!

Here's how to open ports for utorrent, find brand and model of your Router and click in tha model!

If you're seeing a red arrow then chances are you're trying to download too many at once.

In the bottom pane, click on the Trackers tab then look at the smithstorrents.co.uk status. What does it say?

Did you move the files from the place you downloaded them?

Yes. Your torrent program will be fussy about where those files are. You can probably tell them where they've moved to. That's possible in uTorrent via Right Click | Advanced | Set Download Location.
