Just bought what I was told is lossless version of the SBD recording of Moz's gig in Buenos Aires on 6 Nov 2004, which I've been wanting to track down for a while and share here. This is the same recording that was made available in 320 kbps mp3 files over on moz-solo and has the same between song editing. The person I bought this from is supposed to be the original source of the mp3 files.
The issue with the new version is that when I run an mp3 check on the recording in Traders Little Helper, here's what I get:
1 Imperfect List.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 100%
2 First of the Gang to Die.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 92%
3 How Soon is Now.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 86%
4 November Spawned a Monster.wav: track looks like MPEG with probability 80%
5 I Like You.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 49%
6 Bigmouth Strikes Again.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 42%
7 Such a Little Thing Makes Such a Big Difference.wav: source of track can not be qualified
8 Subway Train - Everyday Is Like Sunday.wav: track looks like MPEG with probability 90%
9 Let Me Kiss You.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 43%
10 Shoplifters of the World Unite.wav: source of track can not be qualified
11 Irish Blood, English Heart.wav: source of track can not be qualified
12 The World Is Full of Crashing Bores.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 54%
13 How Can Anybody Possibly Know How I Feel.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 43%
14 Now My Heart Is Full.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 62%
15 Rubber Ring.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 58%
16 The More You Ignore Me, The Closer I Get.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 49%
17 There Is a Light That Never Goes Out.wav: track looks like CDDA with probability 92%
I don't do this very often, but I've never seen results like this. Can anyone make anything of this? And more importantly is this something that the group would want me to torrent?
More than happy to finally give something back to the group if its worth sharing.

Could you post a frequency analysis map of the two worst offending tracks:-
6. Bigmouth Strikes Again
8. Subway Train
?

I've had something like that. Maybe it's because it's from an in house feed. Check this thread out for more details.
Fine to post. Thanks for the contribution.

i tried to crop the images of the spectrograph's down so i could attach them to my reply, but they seemed to be unreadable when i blew them back up. any ideas?
based on davida's comment, i'm going to go ahead and torrent this w/ the caveat that the mp3 analysis gives cause for concern.
