So, I've got some FLAC files that are 2-3 songs in one. Does anyone have an editor they could recommend?

I don't know of a FLAC editor. I usually decode to WAV and use either Adobe Audition or it's predecessor Cool Edit Pro.
Wouldn't mind finding out if there is a FLAC editor out there.

I was thinking of that. I guess you just code it back to FLAC afterwards?

Adobe Audition & Cool Edit Pro are a little overkill for me. I'll probably use Total Audio Converter & Audacity.

FLAC -> WAV -> Edit -> FLAC
I like Sound Forge for editing. There are some inexpensive versions available I think.
