I found this over at Morrissey-Solo following the circus on Friday.
It's pretty self explanatory. If you feel strongly enough then please let the government know and post on any other forums you can.

I went to the Leeds Festival last year (just the Sunday) and it cost me £62.50, I then had to pay £20 to the vendor for the priviledge of buying the ticket from them (they call it a booking fee), making the ticket £82.50.
If I'd gone to the festival without a ticket I could have gotten a ticket from a tout for £62.50.
You have to make a decision, be legally ripped off or buy potentially high-priced ticket from an ilegal source.
I personally won't be signing that petition.

No-one takes any notice of petitions, let alone online ones.
Unless the majority sign, which they won't, why should the government take notice?
