Notes from Passionsjustlikemine:
This concert was a good but uneventful one. The audience wasn't the most enthusiastic and accordingly, Morrissey not at his most passionate. A few changes were made to the setlist. "Alma Matters" and "You're Gonna Need Someone On Your Side" were brought back while "Lost" and "Break Up The Family" were temporarily dropped.
As he entered stage Morrissey greeted his fans by quoting from his own words (from the song 'Accept Yourself'): "I'm sick, I'm dull, I'm plain, hello!" Besides the usual live changes in set opener "You're Gonna Need Someone On Your Side" he also sang "give yourself a break before *I* break down". After the song he commented on the crowd's apparent lack of enthusiasm by saying "Don't worry, it actually gets better.. because I'm leaving... but somebody has a cassette of... Blink 182, whatever they're called... and that should make you very happy..."
After "A Swallow On My Neck" Morrissey joked "So welcome to our nineties revival... but we're not the Cure you know!" Following "Billy Budd" he changed into a fresh shirt, threw the one he had been wearing into the audience and said "I've got the body of a 16 year old and I should give it back really..." After "Hairdresser On Fire" he added to the subject: "I'd like both those t-shirts back at the end of the night... ironed!" Someone shouted back something clever and Morrissey sarcastically said "very funny..."
After "November Spawned A Monster" Morrissey replied to something shouted to him: "Baltimore? Baltimore you said? Strange man..." Then, growing impatient, he said "When we're ready..." After "Half A Person" the fans cheered loudly and for a long time so, puzzled, Morrissey asked "What's happening?" He then joked "You think it's the Rolling Stones don't you?" After "Now My Heart Is Full" he said "Thank you for the 'People for the Ethical Treatment of Morrissey' t-shirt but... I think you're gonna need some more members... please laugh (crowd laughs)... that's okay!"
As the opening bars of "Alma Matters" were heard Morrissey exclaimed "Name that tune!" and seeing nobody react, added "Simply silence, oh my God..." After the song he thanked the fans "...for applauding that incredibly average rendition... in fact you're still applauding, it's incredible... or maybe you're crying, I don't know..." In live performances of "I Am Hated For Loving" he usually changed the words "haunting for wanting" for "hauting for dreaming", but on this day he sang "haunted for needing". After the song he replied to someone "We like that song too..."
For once "Meat Is Murder" wasn't introduced with a speech. Instead Morrissey said "Gertrude Stein's lover was called Alice B and she wrote an essay, poem, called 'Murder In The Kitchen' but this song is better than that..." He usually returned to the subject after the song, but instead he said "Some people over here are making some really strange noises I suppose they are from Philadelphia, are they?". After "The Teachers Are Afraid Of The Pupils" he cryptically told someone "And that's what I call wet... You didn't hear that did you? You cheated, that's all that counts..."
After "Is It Really So Strange?" Morrissey said "We haven't finished yet so stop looking at your watches... you'll be in bed soon enough..." Before going into main set closer "Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me" he thanked his fans "...for listening to all these cries for help... my doctor was right..." There were quite a few attempts by fans to make it on stage during that song. Morrissey himself tried to help a few up and encouraged them by telling them "I'll save you!". He even teased someone who managed to get close by then saying "I changed my mind!".
Morrissey had started the show by quoting his own lyrics, and this is the way he also ended it. Before going into the encore he quoted from the song he was about to end the concert with, "Shoplifters Of The World Unite": "I can sincerely say thank you now, today, tomorrow and always..." More fans tried to make it on stage during this final song. One of them knocked Morrissey over, but fortunately, it happened just when the song was finished.
A good audience recording of the complete set is traded on compact disc and in digital format on the internet.

I was accidentally shreddering the first two songs of this concert on my hard drive some minutes ago :(
It would be very kind (and I am really happy), if someone can seed this torrent again.
Many thanks in advance!
