Recorded from the circle by Johannes from Nijmegen. This tape came direct from his master (so it's first generation). Thanks to "Mike" for sending this to me.
Torrent created on 16 July 2011.

There were no surprises in the setlist. Fans in Brighton were given the same set as other places visited earlier on this tour. The Dome was a seated venue but as soon as the Smiths entered stage, everyone got up and rushed forward.
After "I Want The One I Can't Have" Morrissey thanked the audience and then added an extra "thank you scribes..." After "How Soon Is Now?" he told someone "No, you should know by now, you're a big boy..." This was followed by the introduction of the next planned number "This is 'Shakespeare's Sister'." After the song Morrissey answered someone's request with the question "Stretch out and what?" Next up was "Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now" and this one was introduced with the brief comment "This is a funny old song..."
Before going into "Reel Around The Fountain" Morrissey stated "Excuse the phlegm, but erm... being on the road is more difficult than doing your A-levels..." When the band returned to the stage for the first encore, Morrissey replied to the cheering audience with the words "You're very kind, thank you..." Besides the usual change in "Still Ill" to "If I were you, I really wouldn't bother", he also sang "There are brighter sides to life and I should know because I've seen them... once."
BOOTLEGS
There are three different recordings of this concert out there. All feature the complete or near-complete concert. The best one soundwise appears to be the one brought to us by Steve from Soundsville International. The recording credited to Johannes is almost as good, but lacks a bit of "The Headmaster Ritual", presumably when the recorder had to flip the tape over. The author of the third recording may be Paul from Soundsville International. This one sounds poorer than the other two, but this may just be because the copy in circulation was transfered to digital files via a high generation tape copy.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, I have another recording of this show which I think may be from Paul Soundsville. I always put back sharing it here because I expected Paul or Steve might put up their master (I think mine may be the copy of a copy).

Superb! :)
Many thanks! And good news that there might be still some more lossless Smiths concerts to come.
