This one was another good concert. More and more Bowie fans were getting into the show. Security was reasonable, some fans were able to hug their idol, who was in good spirits.
Morrissey came on and welcomed the crowd "to Wimbledon". A boxing glove was thrown on stage early into the concert. He again changed a line in "Reader Meet Author" to "Have you ever escaped from a Manchester life?". Before "Dagenham Dave", to a fan who was shouting to him, Morrissey asked "Sorry? Was was that?"... What? Come closer?... Mmmm... I'm not sure, I'm not sure, I'm not sure".
Morrissey was again quite theatrical, taking boxer poses and miming lines. He removed his jacket and threw his shirt in the crowd at the end of "The National Front Disco".
Brett Anderson and Richard Oakes from Suede were present at the concert, but they missed Morrissey. They were probably there for Bowie and stayed at the bar during Morrissey's set.

This was the biggest show on the tour, and arguably the best. Security was really tight and very few fans got on stage. Morrissey was in a great mood, and so was the audience, especially during "London", because it was a Smiths song, and maybe because Morrissey was in London. He was very playful, pulling fans on stage, kidding them, even attempting a somersault at one point, staying for a short while with one leg in the air.
After "Billy Budd", Morrissey exclaimed "Welcome back to Brixton!". A bit further he said "I'm still... I still am... I definitely am... nothing will change me! I'm still extremely... I still can't speak French...". Then a English/French dictionary was thrown onto the stage! "And I'm still... I'm still... What am I? What am I? I'm still... hang on...". The first notes of "We'll Let You Know" were then played and he ended with "Oh yes".
At the end of "The National Front Disco" he repeated what he had done the previous night in Croydon, but this time with his arms outstretched in a Christlike pose. In "Now My Heart Is Full", it had become a habit that fans got on stage as they knew the set was nearing the end. But for this show, no one got there, to Morrissey's disappointment. So he said "I don't mind if you're bored... I'm not". "Shoplifters Of The World Unite" was this time played in full. He left saying "I love you... thank you".
Boz was dressed very formal, with black trousers and a long black jacket, white shirt and bow tie. For this show, "ERIC" was again written on Morrissey's tambourine.
